Global Microfinance

Sam-Daily Harris is founder of RESULTS and the Microcredit Summit Campaign and will launch the Center for Citizen Empowerment and Transformation in 2012.
Sam will review the concept, process and practices of microfinance. He will address the controversy over the success and effectiveness of certain microfinance practices and what has been done to resolve some of the issues.
Sam will also talk to us about the differences between the sustainable and profit-maximizing microfinance organizations and will touch on the differences between practices and results.
This program is geared to those who are familiar with microfinance as well as to those who are new to it.
